Just thought I would pop in and say hello to you all. Glad to see the forums are still as active as ever Hope all the old lot are still on board and no doubt there are many new members that I haven't met.
Sorry we haven't been around but health is worse than ever now and suicide spends most of his time either doing housework, helping me or looking for work as he has been made redundant again - 2nd time this year - so if anyone out there has an opening for a chap that can turn his hand to anything, is trustworthy, honest and extremely reliable, please let him know
I hope everyone is well and we WILL eventually get back over to one of the meetings and perhaps a gentle ghost walk - although you may have to leave me just sat on a bench somewhere - just don't forget to get me when everyone is going home
Hope to talk more to you all soon.

Hi Banshee,
Sorry to hear your health hasn't improved, it would be great to see you again.
Will keep my ears and eyes peeled back for suicide on the job front. How far is he willing to travel out too?
Hope to see you again soon, both of you _________________ Hazel x |

Hello Linda, nice to see you posting back on the forum, sorry to hear you're still not too good with your health.
Also sorry to hear that Chris was made redundant again, and wish him all the very best for getting a new job, tell him not to give up hope.
Hope to see you both soon xx |

Thank you both for your replies
HAzel - Chris doesn't particulary mind how far out he has to go, but has been looking within a 15 mile radius. He does not want to travel to far and obviously does not want jobs that take him away from home overnuight, as I cannot get out of bed without his help in the mornings now.
Dems - I will tell him not to give up hope, there has been a possible offer of work from someone he knows today, but the position will not be coming open until february at the earliest.
He has looked at cctv work/training but the licences and training are more costly than we can afford right now so that is on a back burner.
I apologise for any typos, but my hands and brain no longer always cordinate.
I send love and hugs sto all

Aw thanks Paul and Hazel
Chris feels it would be best for us to wait until the weather warms somewhat before we attempt to get over to catch up with you all. Crutches, me and snow/ice/wet weather just don't mix That and the fact I tend to move at a snails pace now means I have spent this wintery weather looking much like an icicle on the rare occasions that I have been out of the house.
Speak to you all soon
